Exchanges 

If you happen to order the wrong size, don't panic! Morton Custom Motors Apparel offers size exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for our Jeans and 7 days with our ESD helmets. To begin this process, please email customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au and our support team will assist you. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged. All exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service as Morton Custom Motors Apparel will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages. Morton Custom Motors Apparel does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.  

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Morton Custom Motors Apparel will evaluate the issue and look to rectify. Please contact us at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au and our friendly team will assist you. 

5 Year Warranty

Morton Custom Motors Apparel products that are purchased directly from our store come with a 5-year manufacturers repair warranty. The warranty covers the repair of the product should its integrity become compromised. Please contact us at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au with your receipt or order number along with any relevant images. We will inspect the item and contact you with the rectification steps.
