Do You Offer A Warranty?

Our designer motorcycle jeans are hand-made in Australia with the finest quality materials. Morton Custom Motors Apparel’s products that are purchased directly from our store come with 30 day manufacturers repair warranty. The warranty covers the repair of the product should its integrity become compromised.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.


How Long Will My Order Take to be Delivered?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped via Australia Post express shipping and should arrive within 1-4 business days after it has been dispatched. 


What Postage Service Do You Use?

We use Australia Post shipping service and send all of our orders in Express Post.


How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as you place an order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with tracking information. The tracking number will allow you to check the delivery progress.


Where Are Your Products Shipped From?

All our products are currently shipped from Victoria, Australia.


What Happens If I Ordered The Wrong Size?

We accept size exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. Exchanges are subjected to product availability. If we do not have your desired size in stock, we will deliver the new product when it becomes available.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, Morton Custom Motors Apparel only ships within Australia.


What If My Size Is Unavailable?

We are currently in the process of producing more garments. Please email our customer service team at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au about your interest and we will contact you.


Can I Order An Item Out Of Stock?

If you are interested in buying an out-of-stock item, please email our customer service team at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au and we will try to fulfil your needs. 


Can I Cancel an Existing Order?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel it due to our automated systems. We suggest confirming your cart before checking out. 


What Happens If The Product Received Is Faulty?

If you have received a faulty product, please email us at customerservice@mcmapparel.com.au with details of the fault, and we will endeavour to get back to you with a solution as soon as practicable.
